We personally vet each and every one of the marketers who joins our network and hand-select the perfect match for your business’ needs and goals. Location
Our marketers are based in the US.
Most of our marketers work remotely at home or at a coworking space, however, in the situation in which you require your marketer to work onsite, we can match you with a marketer from your local market.
Yes, we will work with you to understand your specific needs so that we can establish a mutually beneficial arrangement.
While we rigorously screen and vet all candidates who apply through GrowTal to ensure we’re working only with the most qualified and talented network, we understand that each match might not be the perfect fit for each company. For this reason, we are more than happy to match you to another one of our experts.
Pricing
No, we do not charge any upfront recruiting costs. We’ll set up a 30-minute introductory call and match you with our marketers for free. After that, if you decide you would like to bring on one of our talented marketers, we require a $500 deposit that is completely refundable should you decide to no longer work with GrowTal.
Pricing varies greatly on a multitude of factors, such as location, project requirements, level of expertise needed, etc. We provide our marketers with the average going rate for their specialized skills in their respective markets and allow them to set their own rates.
We invoice our clients every two weeks and allow them to review the charges before they get processed.
General Overview
Our rigorous vetting process ensures that we have only the best and most talented marketers in our GrowTal network. Our interview process includes phone screenings, technical interviews, case studies, and behavioral and culture fit interviews.
We allow all GrowTal marketers to set their own individual rates. There is no additional cost to the marketer for being a part of the GrowTal network.
We match our marketers with a wide range of engagements. The scope of the engagement will be largely determined by the client and what they’re looking to achieve.
We work with a wide range of clients in various industries (from e-commerce to consumer packaged goods all the way to fintech and mobile applications) and different stages of growth.
Engagements
We invoice our clients on a two-week basis for ongoing hourly engagements and in installments for project-based engagements.
When we receive a client inbound, our team at GrowTal will reach out to a select number of marketers who we feel would be the best fit for that client. We then provide our recommendations over to the client for their review and kick off the process once we’ve received final confirmation.
